Maybe you should be a political columnist instead of a polititian. You should use your amazing powers of cynicism for good (entertaining, informative) and not evil (politics)! See, those ijits won't realize that you're being funny.

Speaking of politics and funny, check this out: yes, Virginia, Libertarians can be funny.

Obviously, we get confused here when politicians are using sarcasm, so you'd just be right out. I'd say that "maybe Canadians are smarter", but based on the end of your entry, I won't be saying that.

Oh, and BTW, the repression of demonstrators seems to be getting almost no press in the U.S. Not even public radio has been reporting this (in Philly or L.A.). I wouldn't be surprised if it's getting more coverage on the CBC and BBC than it's getting here.

And to shiitake: the SLC airport is worse if you have bags to collect. Oddly, they are not set up very well for people with large or lots of bags, and you need to keep in mind that most people coming there are golfing or skiing. I happenned to be travelling with a Netra t1120 and I couldn't even GET to the baggage carousel to snag it much less get enough room to actually lift the fucker off the belt. I went for work, but I actually do plan to go out there pretty regularly since this is the closest airport to my parent's home.

And Utah(..Utahans...Utahians...whatever) are oddly content.
