Postal Basketball

Today I saw something I've never seen before. On my way down my street, I pass a walk-way/trail thing that goes to a basketball court. There was a mail truck parked next to it and a shirtless white mail postal worker (with his uniform shirt in his hand -- he was still wearing the shorts) carrying a basketball was walking towards it.

I guess the mailman played a little pick-up basketball with the local players. I've never seen anyone in a postal service uniform doing anything but delivering mail.

Oddly, he is not our mailman. Our mailman is a mailwoman.
