Ever have one of those days when your boss won't get the hell out of your cube so you can do what he needs done?

I'm having one of those.

I hate when that happens.

That said, at least I like my boss.

Further stupidity today: I'm so embroiled in setting my reports with Excel and MSQuery (which is a huge compromise for me) that I don't have time to log in to my new Unix box and compile all the Perl packages I need to do my job the *right* way. Doing it wrong takes longer, but it's sucking up all the time I need to transition to doing it right.
