A Pox On Them!

I'm back to hating Christmas again.

I've almost learned to deal with the fact that I never get what I ask for for Christmas (in spite of being very specific), but this year, I'm unable to make anyone else happy either. This leaves me with no redeeming features for this holiday.

I'm afraid that the only solution is to not get or receive gifts. Then, I can just enjoy family and companionship and food and not be simultaneously stressed and disappointed. I'm going to think about it a little more, but I may just decree "Next year, don't buy me anything because I'm not buying you anything."

Can I just say that Amazon and Outpost both totally suck this year? Both were reliable last year, and this year they both aren't.

I was going to detail exactly how they fucked me over, but at this point, I don't have the energy. Not only that, I'm about to just weep from frustration after trying and failing to find the missing items in stores.
