Care and Feeding

What the hell does a customer care department do, and what's an IT Client Liason anyway. WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE AND WHY ARE THEY SENDING ME E-MAIL? Thank $diety I had my voice mail cut off at work, or no doubt they'd be leaving me messages there too.

I can't even figure out what it is that they want. In fact, they seem to think I want them to do something, but since this guy is mailing me out of the blue, I don't have any context for him.
