Bush calls terror relative by exempting Arafat from the "war on terror." This is exactly the wrong thing to do, as it further supports the idea that suicide bombings are an acceptable method of conflict resolution.

He is so, so wrong to do this. I can't wait to see him get ripped a new one by the pundits.
